Here’s a simple Air Fryer Melted Chocolate Pudding recipe—rich, gooey, and perfect for a quick dessert!
Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100g caster sugar
- 50g plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Butter and cocoa powder (for greasing ramekins)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ramekins: Grease 4 small ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate & butter: In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together using a microwave (in 20-second bursts) or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Whisk eggs & sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Combine mixtures: Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Then sift in the flour and salt, folding until just combined.
- Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the ramekins inside and air fry for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centre remains gooey.
- Serve immediately: Carefully remove the ramekins, let them sit for 1–2 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream or fresh berries.
