- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or off)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes. - Prepare the Honey Mustard Mixture:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. - Prepare the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush a generous amount of the honey mustard mixture over the top of each fillet. - Air Fry the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down if your fillets have skin. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. (Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.) - Garnish and Serve:
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill or parsley if desired. Serve immediately with your favourite side dishes.
