Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900g) beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 ounces (225g) sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240ml) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn-starch
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 12 ounces (340g) egg noodles
Instructions:
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the beef stew meat, diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic into the slow cooker.
- Add Liquids and Seasonings: Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
